Venue hire at Romford Quaker Meeting House

Please find below a description of the facilities at Romford Meeting House

 

as well as rates for hire in bold, effective February 2010. There is a

 

minimum hire period of two hours.

 

 

The main meeting room looks out on the garden,

with the approx size 9.2m x 8.9m narrowing to 7.6m at either end,

there is comfortable room to seat 70. This can be hired for £12.50 per hour. (min 2 hours £25)

                                                  Accommodation also includes:

                                                  A "classroom",  7.5m x 5.4m seating 50. £10 per hour. (min 2 hours £20)

                                                  A small committee room. £5 per hour. (min 2 hours £10)

                                                  Kitchen with cooker and fridge,

                                                  Cloakroom facilities.

                                                 Easy access to all parts for wheelchairs.

                                                 The whole building can be hired on weekends for £25 per Hour. (min 2 hours £50 incl 1 hr setup & 1 hour clearing)
